The vineyard is South facing and at an altitude of 50-75 m. 15-20 year-old vines, trained for optimal sun exposure and grape aeration.
Hand–harvested and destemmed. Each variety is vinified separately and then blended to produce the distinctive Santiago Ruiz style
Tasting Notes:
This wine has a cool climate scents of white fruits like apple and pear. also apricot and citrus fruits. Elegant, fresh and of medium weight as well as good extract, Fruit and minerals are in perfect balance.
Good to pair with fish, shellfish, cream-based coups and white meats.
