Region: Colchagua Valley, Chile
Grape Variety: Shiraz blend
Rating: Descorchados 94, Berliner Wein Trophy - Gold
Highlights / Critic Review:
High altitude vineyard at 900mabove sea level. Best Shiraz Trophy in HKIWSC 2019. 15 months in French andAmerican oak barrels.
Tasting Notes:
Deep garnet red in color. The terroir of our Puquillay Alto hills in Colchagua Valley show through aromas of fresh berries, mature cherry, spices, and tobacco. It is a powerful and juicy wine, with great volume, present and mature tannins, and a delicious lingering finish.
Good to pair with Dry aged steak,Braised lamb, Stewed beef brisket.
