Named after founder's wife,Bernadita. Best Chilean Cabernet in IWC 2009 and Best Cabernet Trophy in HKIWSC2016. 18 months in French oak barrels.
Tasting Notes:
Cabernet Sauvignon - Syrah -Carmenere blend from high altitude vineyards. Deep red color. Complex nose withrich fruit like blackberry, mulberry jam and hints of liquorice. It is robust, firm and ripe tannins add to its complexity. The well-balanced oak and theblend of the powerful flavours of each varietal together enhance the long and richfinish.
Good to pair with Steak, Roastedveal, Braised dried abalone.
