Highlights / Critic Review:

From 8-hectare vineyard locatedin northern Montalcino (hillside of Montosoli) where the grapes were used forBiondi-Santi Riserva made from Tancredi Biondi-Santi 3 generations ago. 36months in 20-30HL Slavonian oak barrels.

Tasting Notes:

Deep strong ruby red color. Intense scent of blueberry, small fruits, black currant and cherry with notes of violet, mineral hints of flint and spicy scents. Great body and elegance. Neat with good complexity. In the mouth it shows all the character of a great wine, with good persistence, elegant and refined tannins.

Perfect with every roasted meat and game, braised beef, aged cheeses and all the tasty dishes.
