Highlights / CriticReview:
Harvested in Sain-Bris-Le-Vineux with clay-limestone soils. Aged on lees for richness. Appreciated by wine lovers for its vivacity and thirst-quenching qualities, and is popular among a hip young clientele.
Tasting Notes:
A mineral nose with citrus notes of lemon and yellow grapefruit with a hint of clementine. A fine fresh attack in the mouth where the minerality and smoothness is evident. Well-balanced, rich and fruity with a touch of bergamot for the finish.
Excellent as an apéritif. Perfect with seafood, sushi and sashimi.
