Region: Entre-Deux-Mers, Bordeaux, France
Grape Variety: Sauvignon blanc, Semillon
Rating: Gilbert & Gaillard Internatinal Challenge - Gold, Challenge International du Vin - Silver
Highlights / Critic Review:
It is an example of "everyday wine": succulent aromas of pear and tropical fruit, nervous and expressive on the palate, clean finish and well-defined .Intelligent, vibrant easy to drink yet.
Tasting Notes:
The bouquet is particularly expressive, revealing citrus and white floral notes (broom flowers). On the Palate, fresh, wonderfully rich and delicious, laced with slightly acidic citrus flavours.
Goes beautifully with marinated prawns, oysters, or even mussels in white wine.
