The Customer is requested to examine the goods immediately upon delivery for any deficiencies and/or damages. Claims (if any) must be lodged to our order desk hotline +852 2366 9188 at the time of delivery, otherwise we shall have the discretion to refuse your claim after delivery.
The signed delivery note/ invoice (sales slip) by recipient will be deemed to be your acceptance of goods with full satisfaction and no return will be accepted thereafter.
Due to the characteristics of the merchandise, we are not able refund payment or accept returns once purchased bottles are opened.
